*After Ticket Guide, please come to PRISM HALL on the day of the event. You will receive a wristband-type one-day passport in exchange. Please also use PRISM HALL for changing clothes and applying makeup.
*The ticket includes changing rooms, luggage storage, an unlimited rides ticket for attractions (excluding the four LaQua Zone attractions: Thunder Dolphin, Wonder Drop Drop, Venus Lagoon, and the haunted house "Onryo Zashiki"), and venue usage fee.
*Even if you are not Cosplay, you will need a ticket. In addition, a camera registration fee of 500 yen will be charged at the reception on the day in addition to the ticket price.

[About ticket refunds]

Events may be canceled due to natural disasters such as typhoons or other unavoidable reasons. Information regarding events and refunds will be posted on the Tokyo Dome City Attractions official website and New cosplayer Paradise from time to time, so be sure to check.
We will not guarantee any travel expenses to the venue (cancellation fees) due to the cancellation of the event.
Please note that as long as the event is held, we will not be able to accept any changes to Ticket Guide (such as refunds or changes to ticket type).

Please note that ticket exchange, makeup, changing rooms and dance halls will be located in PRISM HALL.

[About the video]

・The photographer (cameraman) must obtain the subject's (Cosplay 's) consent before taking any photographs.
・Posting to social media is possible with the assumption that consent has been obtained from both the photographer and the subject. When posting, please be careful not to show other people in the background, or edit the background accordingly.
・Venue scenery (composition of shooting an empty venue, composition of shooting a venue with people in it)
We have decided that taking videos of the venue is not the purpose of participating in a Cosplay event, and therefore filming is prohibited.
*This does not include photography by event staff, venue staff, or reporters for report purposes.
・Video recording is permitted only with smartphones (video cameras, etc. are prohibited)
-Short video content: Only videos of 1 minute or less are acceptable.
(TikTok, dance practice, dance covers, etc.)
・You can use your smartphone to make sound when filming dance practice or dancing. Please be considerate of those around you and keep the volume low when filming.
・Live streaming is prohibited.
- Any secondary or tertiary use of content posted on social media is at your own risk.
・Filming for the purpose of YouTube will be considered "reporting" and is prohibited. Applications for coverage from personal media will not be accepted.

・Photography is completely prohibited in the damper venue area.
(Photographing of people dancing on stage and floor is prohibited as it is impossible to obtain consent from everyone)
- Changing rooms, luggage storage, make-up space, etc. are event-specific areas.
Photography is prohibited as the location is not suitable for photography purposes.
・You may take pictures in rest areas, but please judge the surrounding conditions carefully before taking pictures.
Setting up large lighting stands to take photos during busy times is considered a nuisance. please note.

[About shooting registration]

・Those who wish to photograph Cosplay without Cosplay (participating as photographers) must register for photography.
* Cosplay do not need to register.

□ Photo shoot registration reception
・The photo registration desk is located next to the participant reception desk inside PRISM HALL.
・After you have completed the registration process, please register. We will issue you a photo registration pass.
・Please attach your registration pass in a visible location.

□ Shooting registration fee
・500 yen per person (separate participation fee)
If you have multiple cameras, the price remains the same.
*If you are Cosplay at first and then changing into casual clothes during the shoot, you will need to register the shoot.

[Notes and restrictions when shooting]

Do not take pictures in the aisles, in front of doors, or in front of store entrances.
When using a tripod or placing luggage, please be careful not to obstruct traffic.
Photography with a tripod is prohibited in the back corridor of Gallery AaMo and on the Geopolis internal light staircase.
Cosplay Do not shoot outside of the mobile range or in hazardous locations such as inside planted areas.
Please make sure to ask the permission of the person who will be the subject of the photo before shooting. In particular, photographing in a manner that may cause trouble for the Cosplay users, such as looking for underwear, voyeurism, physical contact when posing, or poses unrelated to the characters, is strictly prohibited. If such behavior is discovered, it will be promptly reported to the local police station. Also, if you are a victim or witness such an incident, please do not tolerate it but report it to the nearest staff member.
interpoint (interword separation) You may post your photos on social networking sites provided that both the photographer and the subject agree to the posting. When posting, please make sure that no one else is in the background, or please modify the background.
Please do not post the photos you have taken to magazines or publish them on the Internet without the permission of the other party.
The staff may confirm the content of the photo shoot at their discretion.
If you see a photographer who is not wearing his/her registration sticker or pass, please report it to the nearest staff member.
Photographs will be taken only with other participants in the event.
The use of photographed materials for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without the permission of the organizer (regardless of whether it is an individual or a corporation).

[About baggage (carts, bags, etc.)]

After changing, please place your luggage in the designated luggage area inside PRISM HALL.
・Please keep valuables such as wallets and cards on your person and keep them under your control rather than leaving them in the luggage area.
・You will need your luggage tag and ticket stub to collect your luggage. Please be careful not to lose them.
- You are not allowed to organize your luggage in the luggage storage area as this may be mistaken for theft.
・There have been cases of theft at events. Please be careful not to take your eyes off your belongings while taking photos or dancing.
・Leaving luggage unattended is prohibited. Staff may collect it as lost property.
- The organizers and facility cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft that occurs within the event venue.

[About Cosplay costumes and props]

All genres of cosplay are allowed, but the following costumes and props are prohibited.
・Uniforms of actual or former civil servants such as police officers, self-defense personnel, firefighters, and security guards (cosplay imitating characters that appear in anime manga is fine, but cosplay that imitates characters that appear in anime manga is fine, but Please do not use props that may cause mistakes.)
・Military uniforms that actually exist or have existed in the past (cosplay imitating characters that appear in anime and manga is fine, but please refrain from using real items or props that could be mistaken for real items).

・Extremely revealing costumes or costumes that may cause discomfort to other customers.
- Decorations that pose a risk of injury to others, such as long, sharp thorns.
- Items that may damage or stain the venue, such as sprays, paints, undried blood, unlined wood, etc.
- Cutlery such as knives, swords, sickles, ice picks, cutters, etc. metal pipes etc.
・Firearms such as air guns and electric guns that can be fired.
- Items that may damage the venue, such as spikes or metal-soled boots.
・Other costumes and props that are deemed inappropriate by the organizer/management.
・When using long objects or tools imitating dangerous objects such as model guns, please check the safety of your surroundings before use. Please be considerate, such as putting it in a bag or case except when taking pictures. Please also note that when using such tools, our staff may ask you questions or give you warnings to ensure your safety.

[Restrictions on Cosplay costumes, props, etc.]

Although it is not prohibited, there are costumes and props that may restrict your actions outside PRISM HALL. We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that everyone can enjoy the event comfortably.
・If you are wearing revealing clothing, please wear a jacket over it except when taking photos (when moving around, etc.).
・Please be considerate and put any dangerous props away in your bag when moving around or not taking photos.
・We prohibit group activities other than during photo shoots, such as wearing costumes that may be intimidating or uncomfortable for the recipient (group performances, group movements, etc.). We also ask that you be considerate and wear something that covers your costume when not taking photos.

[Restrictions on Cosplay costumes, props, etc. in LaQua Zone]

・Bringing tripods is prohibited.
・Bringing props longer than 100cm or props that resemble dangerous objects, such as model guns, is prohibited.
・To get to LaQua Zone please use LaQua Bridge that runs from Tokyo Dome area (near Gate 21) to the 2nd floor LaQua.
・ Cosplay is not permitted inside LaQua.

[Hi! EVERYVALLEY Cosplay costumes, props, and other restrictions and rules]

・Props with a length of 100cm or more, props imitating dangerous objects such as model guns, and tripods are prohibited.
・Entry to the kids area is prohibited.
・Eating and drinking at the store seats is possible.
・Photography in the store seating area is prohibited.
・Please refrain from occupying your seat for a long time.
・Please refrain from occupying seats for purposes other than store use.
・Please do not use seats or passage spaces to store luggage.
・Please refrain from taking photos that may disturb passers-by.

[Restrictions on actions regarding hero Cosplay costumes]

・Until the show ends at around 16:30 (this may change depending on the show), please refrain from staying in Geopolis or in the passageway in front of Geopolis entrance in Cosplay as special effects heroes, especially Sentai heroes, and from shaking hands with general customers, taking photos, etc. Also, please refrain from putting on or taking off headgear outside of PRISM HALL.
*The characters that apply are based on the Super Sentai Encyclopedia (with some exceptions). In addition, we may contact other characters at the discretion of the management.

[About attraction precautions]

・Depending on the attraction, it may be unavailable for a period of time or all day due to weather, maintenance, etc.
・When using the attraction, you may be asked to remove some costumes and props as necessary to prevent danger.

[About other precautions]

・Please check the event area (photography and movement permitted, available stores, etc.) in the pamphlet distributed on the day, on the website, or on X (formerly Twitter).
・Changing clothes in the venue or in the surrounding stores or restrooms is prohibited. Entering or leaving the venue in Cosplay is prohibited.
・Please keep your valuables with you and manage them yourself. The organizers and operators will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items brought in (including luggage storage). Please be careful not to leave any luggage unattended during the photo shoot.
・The wristband you are given is your admission ticket, so please wrap it securely around your wrist so that it cannot be removed. Please note that we cannot reissue wristbands if they are lost.
- It is prohibited to occupy tables or chairs in shared spaces for long periods of time or sit on the floor.
・Please smoke in the designated smoking area. Smoking is prohibited anywhere other than the designated smoking area.
・Drinking and smoking by minors is prohibited by law.
・ Any commercial advertising activities such as distributing flyers without prior application or permission, as well as any soliciting activities such as questionnaire surveys or scouting, are strictly prohibited.
・Staff will be patrolling the grounds at all times. Please follow the instructions of the staff.
・Any nuisance, violent, dangerous, or destructive behavior within the venue will be reported to the police and you will be asked to leave, regardless of whether you are a member of the public or a participant of this event. If you witness any such behavior or are a victim, please speak to a member of staff nearby.
- Please note that you can only use the changing rooms and completely leave PRISM HALL 30 minutes after the event ends.
・When participating in events, please refrain from any behavior that may damage the image of the characters. (Examples: drinking alcohol or smoking while Cosplay as a hero or anime character, etc.)
・Many children who love characters will visit Tokyo Dome City. Please cooperate so as not to ruin their dreams.

Customers who do not follow the above precautions may be refused participation. If there are a large number of such people, it will be difficult to hold future events. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

[About lost items]

・During the event, please contact the reception headquarters at PRISM HALL entrance.
・After the event, please submit a claim via the lost and found claim form on the Tokyo Dome City official website.

[About the interview]

If you would like to be interviewed, please contact us below in advance. The application deadline is two weeks before the event date.

*We will decide whether or not it is possible depending on the content.
*We do not accept walk-in interviews on the day of the event.
*Please check your "Press Pass" when interviewing. Please refrain from conducting interviews without a press pass as it is unauthorized.

About the damper

[What is a damper]

Experience "Euro tech" where you can enjoy Anime Music theme songs and ending songs, and club music, while still in Cosplay! You can dance along with everyone on stage or in the hall, or just sway your body to the beat of your heart! Get intoxicated in the Dampa atmosphere!

[Damp rule]

"Do not run in the hall" ... Running in the hall is prohibited. If you bump into someone with your body or luggage, be sure to apologize. Please refrain from dancing that may cause inconvenience to those around you.
"On the stage, it's one-way"...Please follow the direction of the stairs to the stage. To ensure your safety, please follow the venue staff's directions and the DJ's announcements.
"Let's share the stage"...Let's give priority to cosplayer of the songs being played so that they can dance at the front. Let's dance while keeping an appropriate distance from the people around you.
"Take care of your valuables"...Please keep your valuables close to you at all times. They may be the subject of theft or baggage theft. Please be mindful of crime prevention.
"Photography and videography are prohibited"...Photography (both still and video) is prohibited in the entire Dampa Hall. (Because it is impossible to get permission from the dancers to take photos at the same time)
"No eating or drinking while dancing" ... In order to avoid soiling the venue and causing trouble with other people, eating or drinking while dancing is prohibited. Also, please do not leave open drinks in the hall and leave them.
