[About the video]

・The photographer (cameraman) must obtain the subject's (Cosplay 's) consent before taking any photographs.

・You can post to social media provided that you have obtained consent from both the photographer and the subject. When posting, please be careful not to include other people in the background, or edit the background accordingly.

・Filming of the venue (filming an empty venue or a wide shot of an audience) is prohibited as it has been determined that "filming the venue = not the purpose of participating in the Cosplay event."
*This does not include filming by event staff, venue staff, or reporters for reporting purposes.

・Video recording is only permitted with smartphones (video cameras, etc. are prohibited)

-Short duration of footage: Only videos under 1 minute are allowed.
(TikTok, dance practice, dance performances, etc.)

・You can use your smartphone to record sound when filming dance practice or dance covers. Please be considerate of those around you and keep the volume low when filming.

Live streaming is prohibited.

- Any secondary or tertiary use of content posted on social media is at your own risk.

Filming for the purpose of YouTube will be considered "reporting" and is not allowed. Interview requests from individual media will not be accepted.

・Photography is strictly prohibited in the entire dance party venue area. (Photography is prohibited as it is impossible to obtain permission from everyone dancing on the stage and on the floor.)

- Changing rooms, luggage storage areas, makeup spaces, etc. are event-specific areas and are not suitable for photography purposes, so photography is prohibited in these areas.

・Photography is permitted in rest areas, etc., but please be mindful of your surroundings when taking photographs.
Please note that setting up large lighting stands to take photos during busy times will cause inconvenience to others.

[About shooting registration]

・Those who wish to photograph Cosplay without Cosplay (participating as photographers) must register for photography.
* Cosplay do not need to register.

□ Photo shoot registration reception
・The photo registration desk is located next to the participant reception desk inside PRISM HALL.
・After you have completed the registration process, please register. We will issue you a photo registration pass.
・Please attach your registration pass in a visible location.

□ Shooting registration fee
・500 yen per person (separate participation fee)
If you have multiple cameras, the price remains the same.
*If you are Cosplay at first and then changing into casual clothes during the shoot, you will need to register the shoot.

[Notes and restrictions when shooting]

・Please do not take photos in corridors, in front of doors, or in front of store entrances.
・When using a tripod to take photos or placing luggage, please be careful not to obstruct passage.
・Photography using tripods is prohibited in the back passage of Gallery AaMo and the lighted staircase inside Geopolis.
・Please do not take photos outside Cosplay area where you can move around or in dangerous places such as in bushes.
・When taking photos, please be sure to get permission from the subject before taking them. In particular, taking photos with the aim of looking at their underwear, taking secret photos, physically touching Cosplay when instructing them to pose, or instructing them to pose in a way that is unrelated to the character, which may cause inconvenience to cosplayers, is strictly prohibited. If any such behavior is discovered, we will promptly report it to the local police station. Furthermore, if you are a victim or witness it, please do not tolerate it and notify the nearest staff member.

[About baggage (carts, bags, etc.)]

- After changing, please place your luggage in the designated luggage area inside PRISM HALL.
・Please keep your wallet, cards, and other valuables on you and keep them under your control, rather than leaving them in the luggage area.
・You will need your luggage tag and ticket stub to collect your luggage. Please be careful not to lose them.
・You are not allowed to organize your luggage in the luggage storage area as this may be mistaken for theft.
・There have been cases of theft at events. Please keep an eye on your belongings while taking photos or dancing.
・Leaving luggage unattended is prohibited. Staff may collect it as lost property.
・The organizers and the facility cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft that occurs within the event venue.

[About Cosplay costumes and props]

コスプレは全ジャンル可ですが、以下の衣装および小道具等は禁止とします。
・実在している、もしくは過去に実在していた警察官、自衛官、消防士などの公務員、ガードマン等の制服（アニメ漫画に登場するキャラクターを模したコスプレは問題ありませんが、実物や実物と見間違うような小道具は使用しないようお願いします）。

・ナイフ、真剣、鎌、アイスピック、カッター等の刃物類。金属パイプ等。
・発射可能なエアガン・電動ガン等の銃器類。
・スパイクや金属底のブーツなど、会場を傷つける恐れのある物。
・その他、主催・運営側が不適切と判断した衣装・小道具。
・長物、およびモデルガンなどの危険物を模した道具をご使用の際は、周囲の安全をご確認の上でご使用ください。撮影時以外は袋やケースに入れるなどのご配慮をお願いいたします。また、このような道具をご使用の際、安全確保の視点からスタッフよりご質問、ご注意等させていただく場合がございますのでご了承ください。

[Restrictions on Cosplay costumes, props, etc.]

Although it is not prohibited, there are costumes and props that may restrict movement outside PRISM HALL. We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that everyone can enjoy the event comfortably.
・For revealing costumes, please wear a cover-up except when taking photos (such as when moving around).
・Please be considerate and store any props that resemble dangerous items in your bag when moving around or when not taking photos.
・Costumes that may be intimidating or uncomfortable for others are not allowed in group activities outside of photo sessions, such as group performances or moving in groups. Additionally, please wear a cover-up that conceals your costume when not taking photos.

[Restrictions on Cosplay costumes, props, etc. in LaQua Zone]

・Tripods are prohibited.
・Props longer than 100cm and props that resemble dangerous objects such as model guns are prohibited.
・To get to LaQua Zone, please use the LaQua Bridge that runs from Tokyo Dome area (near Gate 21) to the second floor LaQua.
・ Cosplay is not permitted inside LaQua.

[Hi! EVERYVALLEY Cosplay costumes, props, and other restrictions and rules]

・Props longer than 100cm, model guns or other dangerous objects, and tripods are prohibited from being brought into the venue.
・Entry into the kids' area is prohibited.
・Eating and drinking is permitted in the store seats.
・Photography is prohibited in the store's seating area.
・Please refrain from occupying a seat for a long period of time.
・Please refrain from occupying seats for purposes other than the store's intended use.
・Please do not use seats or passage spaces as a place to put your luggage.
・Please refrain from taking photographs or taking other actions that may cause inconvenience to other customers.

[Restrictions on actions regarding hero Cosplay costumes]

・Until the show concludes at around 4:30 PM (subject to change based on the show's schedule), please avoid lingering inside Geopolis or in the passageway in front of the Geopolis entrance while dressed in Cosplay as special effects heroes, particularly Sentai heroes. Refrain from shaking hands with general attendees or taking photos. Additionally, please avoid putting on or removing costumes or masks outside of PRISM HALL.
*The applicable characters are based on the Super Sentai Encyclopedia (with some exceptions). Furthermore, we may approach other characters at the discretion of the management.

[About attraction precautions]

・Some attractions may be temporarily or entirely unavailable due to weather conditions or maintenance.
・For safety reasons, you may be required to remove certain parts of your costume or any props when using the attractions.

[About other precautions]

・Please check the event area (where photography and other activities are allowed, available stores, etc.) in the pamphlet distributed on the day, on the website, or on X (formerly Twitter).
・Changing clothes at the venue or in the surrounding stores or restrooms is prohibited. Entering or leaving the venue while in Cosplay is prohibited.
・Please keep your valuables with you and manage them carefully. The organizers and operators cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items brought in (including luggage storage). Please also be careful not to leave any luggage unattended during the photo shoot.
・The wristband you are given is your admission ticket, so please wrap it securely around your wrist so that it cannot be removed. Please note that we cannot reissue wristbands if they are lost.
- It is prohibited to occupy tables or chairs in shared spaces for long periods of time or to sit on the floor.
・Please smoke in the designated smoking area. Smoking is prohibited anywhere other than the designated smoking area.
・Drinking and smoking by minors is prohibited by law.
・Commercial advertising activities such as distributing flyers without prior application and permission, and soliciting activities like surveys and scouting, are strictly prohibited.
・Staff members are patrolling the grounds at all times. Please follow the instructions of the staff.
・Any nuisance, violent, dangerous, or destructive behavior within the venue, whether by a member of the public or a participant of this event, will be reported to the police and you will be asked to leave. If you witness any such behavior or are a victim, please speak to a member of staff nearby.
・Dressing rooms and luggage storage areas will also close at the end of the event. Please cooperate by leaving PRISM HALL.
・When participating in events, please refrain from any behavior that may damage the image of the characters. (Examples: drinking alcohol or smoking while in Cosplay as a hero or anime character, etc.)
・Many children who love characters will be visiting Tokyo Dome City. We ask for your cooperation so as not to ruin their dreams.

Customers who do not follow the above precautions may be refused participation. If there are a large number of people who do so, it will be difficult to hold future events. We ask for your understanding and cooperation.
