Regarding refunds and the distribution of novelty items

Those who have already purchased tickets at the Attractions Ticket Counter can receive a refund at the Attractions Ticket Counter.

Customers who purchased tickets through online ticket agencies will receive a refund from the agency from which they purchased their tickets. Please check the email you receive from your ticket agency. If you present the email confirming your refund at the Attractions Ticket Counter, you will receive a novelty item.
