All tickets in categories A to D are available for sale on weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and specific dates.

Tickets presented at the counter include those purchased at a discount as well as complimentary tickets.
(Tickets purchased cannot be combined with other discounts.)

The ticket you use can be used regardless of whether it has been used before or after.

*Wristbands, paper and electronic versions all qualify.

＜Notes＞

・Discounted tickets are only available for purchase at the counter on the day of the event. Ticket prices purchased online cannot be refunded at the counter.

・Each ticket is valid for one person.

・Only tickets for either facility used on the day are eligible for presentation at the counter. (They can be used before or after the visit.)

・Tickets available for sale can only be used on the day of purchase.

・Tickets purchased cannot be combined with other discounts, such as TD point discounts, disability certificate discounts, subsidy tickets, or the Toku 10 discount program.

・For Space Travelium TeNQ only, children (800 yen) can enter for free. No change will be given.
