・ Smartphone ticket can be purchased up until 15 minutes after the start of the show.

・A credit card is required to purchase Smartphone ticket.

①Install the eplus app.

② Please select a performance from here.

③When purchasing tickets, please select" Smartphone ticket "as the receipt method.

* "Smartphone ticket" will only be displayed if you apply using a smartphone.

④After completing your application, please download your ticket.

*The URL to download the ticket will be displayed in the email sent after you apply.

*Please present the ticket displayed on eplus app at the entrance. You will not be admitted with a screenshot.

・Paper tickets can be purchased until the show starts.

・Paper tickets must be issued at a convenience store after application.

・Please be sure to take into account the time it takes to issue tickets before applying. You may not be able to arrive in time for the performance.

・You will not be able to enter if you do not have a paper ticket (unissued).

②When applying for tickets, please select "7-Eleven" as the pick-up method.

*The nearest convenience store is 7-Eleven, so if you choose another convenience store, you will have to travel further away.

③After completing your application, please issue your ticket at a 7-Eleven.

*Customers who do not have a smartphone can apply at the "FamiPort" at a Family Mart. However, there are no Family Marts near Theatre G-Rosso, so please apply with plenty of time.

*If you have a smartphone, please use "Sma Smartphone ticket" and issue your ticket at "7-Eleven".
