Regarding tickets
- Q. Ticket sales period and purchase
- A. Tickets will be on sale at Ticket Pia and KKday from 9:00 on Sun., June 2, 2024 until one hour before closing time for each show. Please click here to go to the purchase page. In addition, tickets will be sold at the venue after one hour before closing time.
- Q: How many tickets can one person purchase?
- A. Up to 6 cards.
- Q: When is the reservation deadline (payment deadline)?
- A. The reservation validity period is 3 days.
- Q: Are there any ticket issuing fees?
- A. The ticket issuing fee is 110 yen (tax included), and the system fee is 220 yen (tax included).
- Q. I have a child under 2 years old.
- A. Children 2 years old and under are free of charge. In addition, you can move around the building with your stroller.
- Q: I lost my ticket.
- A. In case of loss, each ticket agency will handle it. Please note that as a general rule, people without tickets will not be allowed to enter the venue.
- Q: About refunds
- A. Refunds and transfers will not be accepted after purchase, except in the case of an event being canceled.

- Q.Is there space to park a stroller?
- A. No. You may roam around the park with your stroller.
- Q. Can I take videos or photographs inside the venue?
- A. Yes, you can. Please note that taking photos of other customers is strictly prohibited. When taking photos, please be careful not to include other customers in the photos. Also, only still images can be uploaded to social media.
*There are some areas and programs where photography is prohibited.
- Q. Will there be Handshake events and Photo ops?
- A. There will be no Handshake events. There will be Photo ops, but the characters appearing and ticket sales will be announced on the website at a later date.
- Q: Regarding the total time required
- A. There are a variety of booths, so you can probably enjoy yourself for about three hours after entering.
- Q: Can adults enjoy it too?
- A. It is an event that parents, children, and friends can enjoy to the fullest, with exhibition corners, merchandise sales, mini shows, etc. It is planned so that not only Kamen Rider and Super Sentai fans, but the whole family can enjoy it.
- Q. Are there any admission restrictions?
- A. If it becomes too crowded for you to enjoy the event, we may restrict admission.
- Q. Are there attendance points on the TD Point Card?
- A: No, there isn't.
- Q. Can I use Tokyo Dome gift certificates?
- A: It cannot be used.
- Q. Do you provide parking ticket service?
- A: No, there isn't.
- Q. I would like to purchase only merchandise. Is that possible?
- A. There will be a merchandise corner in the venue, so please purchase your admission ticket there. Original event goods will also be available.
- Q. I have a guide dog. Can I bring him into the venue?
- A. Yes, you can enter.
- Q. Can I enter the venue in a wheelchair?
- A. Yes, you can enter.
- Q. Can I give gifts to the performers?
- A. Only letters can be received. We will have a gift box available at the venue. Please use this box as we cannot hand them over directly. When doing so, please write who the letter is addressed to so that it can be seen from the outside of the envelope.
