Regarding tickets

  • Q. Where can I buy tickets?
    A. Tickets are available at Ticket Pia and Seven-Eleven.
    Tickets can also be purchased at the venue's Day-of ticket counter on the day of the event.
    (Please note that Day-of ticket sales at the venue may be suspended depending on the circumstances.)
  • Q. Can I choose the date and time?
    A. Please note that both "advance tickets" and "Day-of ticket" are for a specific date and time. Depending on the situation, we may implement entry restrictions and ask you to wait before entering. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Q: Until when and where will Day-of ticket be sold?
    A. Tickets are available at Ticket Pia, Seven-Eleven, and the ticket booth near the venue entrance.
    We will announce the time for Day-of ticket sales at the venue as soon as it is decided.
  • Q. What is the last entry time?
    A. The last entry time for the "Summer Festival" is 30 minutes before the closing of the first and second parts (12:30/16:30).
    The last entry time for the "Night Festival" is 15 minutes before closing time (19:45).
  • Q. How many items can I purchase at one time?
    A. For "advance tickets" and "Day-of tickets," you can purchase up to 6 tickets in one transaction.
  • Q: When is the deadline for payment?
    A. Please contact Ticket Pia.
  • Q. I have a child under 2 years old. Is there an admission fee?
    A. Children aged 2 and under are admitted free of charge.
  • Q: Are there any ticket issuing fees?
    Please check the instructions displayed when using the Ticket Guide.
  • Q: I lost my ticket.
    A. For lost tickets, please contact the respective ticket agency. As a general rule, those without tickets will not be admitted, so please understand. For details, please contact Ticket Pia.
  • Q. I have purchased a ticket, but I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?
    A. We are sorry, but refunds are not available.
  • Q. The PC froze (or disappeared) while I was entering data.
    A. Please contact Ticket Pia.
  • Q. Are visual tickets (not PC tickets) available?
    A. We do not have it available.
  • Q. Are there any ticket discounts for people with disabilities?
    A. We do not have it available.
  • Q. Can I purchase tickets with the 10% off discount ticket?
    A: No, you can't.

  • Q.Is there space to park a stroller?
    A. We have a designated area for strollers, but you are also welcome to walk around with your stroller.
    However, please refrain from bringing large luggage such as suitcases. If you use the stroller parking area, please be responsible for the safekeeping of your valuables. The venue will not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or mix-ups. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Q. Is it possible to attend in a wheelchair? Are there any special tickets available?

  • Q. Can I re-enter?
    A. Re-entry is permitted within the time frame of each event. However, the time for re-entry is the same as the time of final entry (12:30/16:30 for the summer festival, and 19:45 for the evening festival).
  • Q. Can I take videos or photographs inside the venue?
    A. There are some areas where photography is prohibited. These areas are marked, so please check and be careful. Also, taking pictures of other customers is strictly prohibited. When taking pictures, please be careful not to include other customers in your photos. In addition, only still images may be uploaded to social media. Bringing in selfie sticks, tripods, etc. is also prohibited.
    Regarding photography inside the venue
  • Q: Regarding the total time required
    A. You can enjoy the "Summer Festival" for about 3 hours after entering.
    You can enjoy the "Night Festival" for about an hour and a half.
  • Q: Can adults enjoy it too?
    A. The "Summer Festival" is an event that can be thoroughly enjoyed by people of all generations, not just fans of Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, and the PROJECT RED series, with show programs, merchandise sales, and a mini-game area.
    The "Night Festival" will feature live jazz arrangements of past theme songs, a rest area, and appearances by characters, offering entertainment for people of all ages. Soft drinks will be available, but please note that this is an event where alcohol is served. If you are a minor attending alone, please be sure to obtain parental consent beforehand.
  • Q. Are there any admission restrictions?
    A. In case of overcrowding, we may restrict entry.
  • Q. Are there reserved seats?
    A. There are no assigned seats. There are rest areas, but you can enjoy the event in any available space you like.
  • Q. Are there attendance points on the TD Point Card?
    A: No, there isn't.
  • Q. Is there a space where we can eat and drink inside the event venue?
    A. There will be no food or drink sales at the "Summer Festival." Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the venue in principle, but hydration is permitted.
    Regarding the "Night Festival," food and drinks will be sold on-site, and you are welcome to consume them freely. You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks.
  • Q. Can I use Tokyo Dome gift certificates?
    A: It cannot be used.
  • Q. Do you offer parking ticket services?
    A: No, there isn't.
  • Q. I only want to purchase merchandise; is that possible?
    A. Even if you only wish to enter the merchandise sales area, you will need an admission ticket.
  • Q. I have a guide dog. Can I bring him into the venue?
    A. Yes, you can enter.
  • Q. Are there restrooms inside the venue?
    A. There are no restrooms until you reach the venue exit. We anticipate congestion, so please use the restroom beforehand.
  • Q. Can I enter in costume?
    A. When attending, please avoid wearing the following types of clothing:
    - Items that significantly obstruct vision or cover the face
    - Custom-made character masks, suits, etc.
    - Items that violate public order and morals
    - Anything that may disturb or inconvenience other customers' viewing experience
    - Items that may pose a danger to other customers
    In addition to the above, entry may be refused if the organizers deem your attire inappropriate. Please also refrain from bringing in dangerous items or items resembling dangerous goods.
    Note that wearing commercially available official costumes and transformation items is generally not prohibited. However, please avoid actions that damage the character's image, taking photos for extended periods at or around the venue, causing crowds, changing clothes or applying makeup in the venue's restrooms or nearby facilities, or any actions that may inconvenience other customers or nearby businesses or disrupt the event's operation.
